I had to do a very large demo project that involved, among other things, unscrewing several hundred screws. One thing that they don't seem to mention in the specs (not sure why) is that this does indeed "reverse" with a sliding directional button on the grip part. The included screwdriver bit was perfect since I needed both flathead and phillips. The keyless chuck system worked flawlessly (first drill I've ever owned that had this). On top of that, the variable-speed motor was perfect and helped power through that entire job. Last but not least, since this is corded - which is why I bought it - you'll never have to wait for battery packs to recharge while you're in te middle of a huge project. you can just get your work done. Bottom line: I highly recommend this B&D drill. If you're on the fence, just buy it. You will be happy that you did.
