Also, it was making my girlfriend crazy because I had to keep hijacking her pillows. When we unpacked them and let them expand into their full shape, much like the mattresses, I followed the diagrams and organized them so that my back would be upright, although I still need an orthpedic pillow for my head and a sacral wedge. The foam pads were very stable and I was pleasantly surprised how well they supported my back, got me in the right position and were nice and firm! It really beats just a foam wedge or a bunch of foam pillows, and though not cheap was well worth the money in terms of sleep quality so I can highly recommend this set. I would qualify that some times the top wedges slide down with shifting you have to experiment with the arrangement of the smaller wedges and the bolsters if you want to prop up your legs, as I do to help with neuropathy in my lower legs.
