**Q: Is this sturdy enough for a small wooden top?  I’m interested in making it into a side table**
A: This bucket is not designed to keep the weight of a table operation on it. We will have a new item available in about a month that is a bucket with a table on it, particularly made for this. Please check back in a month to see if its in stock.

A: No.  It is too narrow at the top and too small.  I use it as an accent piece.

I got my daughter some beautiful long stemmed sunflowers months ago. I've been looking for a decent sized milk can to put them in but couldn't find anything taller than 10". Authentic milk cans go for well over $100. I was happy to find this one at 18". I wish it was a bit larger but at least it fits the bill and she loves it. It is well made and heavy enough, not cheap looking. I thought the price was reasonable compared to what else is out there.

Good quality for the price..not heavy so blows over easily outside. I just added rocks to bottom to add wt. Nice decorative piece for seasonal decorations.
