And the speed of delivery and packaging were exemplary! It arrived with just a couple of days after ordering, with styrofoam on the top and bottom to secure it from being bashed around in the box, plus covered with a plastic sleeve. Extremely well protected! And as it slipped from the box, the first thing that struck me was the beauty of the finish, a brushed look that did not show any of my fingerprints! I love that! The pedal works beautifully and the lid opens and closes without any sound whatsoever! I am extremely impressed with this trash can. We purchased it as a donation for a Community Sensory Room and the 20 gallon size, though it looked really big when I first unpackaged it in the foyer of our home, is the perfect size for the Sensory Room! 30 gallons would have been too big and 13 gallons too small. Like Goldilocks, 20 gallons "IS JUST RIGHT"!
