Compared to corsydol or CB12 this is my favourite. It has a chalky feel to it, and is very effective. Soory can't compare to yours but I would recommend, hope this helps. **Q: Does the fact that there's also "ultra dex low abrasion" mean that this toothpaste is particularly abrasive?** A: If you scroll down the page it is on you will find the specifications for all Ultradex products. The 'whitening toothepaste' (which Ultradex told me is the same as that which used to be called 'sensitive') has the lowest abarasion score of 38 and the 'Low abrasion toothepaste' has an abrasion score of 53. I think that both may be low by comparison to many other brands but I haven't seen an equivalent comparision chart between brands. It is possible that Ultradex would have that information if you contacted them, and also possible that if you did a web search for the abrasiveness of toothepastes you would be able find the information. However...The first time I used this mouthwash the taste was so bad to me that I was sick several times that day, I could not get rid of a taste which was really not agreeing with me. Some days later I tried again, a tiny amount, and my body seemed to adjust to the taste over some days because I can now use it with no problems at all, the taste is now fine for me. So be aware of that, maybe try a tiny amount the first time to make sure you're OK with it. Or maybe I'm the only person who's felt ill after using it, in which case ignore all of the above.Make sure you give the bottle a shake before each time you use it. Don't rinse your mouth after using it. You don't need to use much. It's too expensive for my liking but it's a good product and the price seems to be dropping over time.
