What's crazy is that on the 2nd order I got THE SAME ISSUE! Shame on you Aputure. The other works fine. After I experienced the issue I started the return process with amazon and they would only allow a refund and not a replacement so I ordered a new one. What's crazy is that on the 2nd order I got THE SAME ISSUE! Shame on you Aputure. I have so many of their products and use them on a daily basis for work and this has been the worst experience I've had with one of their lights.
