Here is what I have found.1 - Range testThis was done in a very hilly area which had tree coverage. We were unable to make contact using the Baofeng antenna. When this antenna was used - success over a 10km distance on the 433.5Mhz UHF frequency. The 2M band was unsuccessful.2 - PriceComparing the result to other antenna which were very similar in price this antenna performed the best 5 Stars.3 - BuildThe antenna comes with a set of rubber washes. I did not use them as I wanted a good ground connection. The antenna is a much better fit on the GT-3TP without the washers.I can recommend this antenna. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Surprisingly good *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 1 April 2020* I got bought this without much expectation for my little handheld UV-5. Due to the terrain at my location it is near impossible to make contacts. The first time I tried this, I made a contact some 29 miles away. He reported I was quiet but understandable.The things to be aware of are, due to the length and weight, it can act as a lever on your handheld, so be careful in case it breaks something.
