- How to use the mold: at first , please temper chocolate properly , then pouring the tempered chocolate into the mold, after that put the chocolate mold in the refrigerator about 20 minutes ,when chocolates has solidified, it is every easy to release the chocolates
- How to temper chocolate: Step 1. You need to heat the chocolate to melt all fatty acid crystals . Chop the chocolate into small pieces. Place 75% of the chopped chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on half-power,being very careful to stir the mixture every minute until it is almost completely melted.Remove the bowl of chocolate from the microwave and stir to cool it slightly. Using a thermometer, check the temperature of the melted chocolate - it should be between:100 - 118° F (37 - 48° C) .
- Step 2. Start adding handfuls of the grated chocolate you set aside to the melted chocolate. Stir in the seeding chocolate bits continuously until the desired temperature (86° F/ 30° C) is reached and the bits have dissolved completely. This could take anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the temperature of your environment. Your chocolate should now be tempered.
