As another reviewer mentioned, it does indeed show exactly where those pies and glasses of wine end up..... :-( Next time I'll be buying the black version - and going back on a diet! As a pointer on size, I'm 5' 10" and have a 44" chest and a waist that varies between 35" and 40" (see comment on pies above). This fits me fine, with a reasonable but nowhere near excessive compression.
