The price and reviews had me skeptical but bc I wanted the best recovery possible I decided to try it. The price is worth it, period. The actual flavors aren’t bad at all. It does have a bizarre medicinal flavor that I just can’t describe but it’s really not that bad. I will say that if you’re going to squeeze the packet into your mouth you need to allow the little puff of air out before putting it to your mouth. That air holds the majority of the weird flavor. If you are not used to these types of products please consider mixing it with water or take them every other day and get used to it. It contains collagen which has always made my stomach hurt/gassy. I did not do homework and learned this the hard way. I do not mix it with water but I drink a glass of water afterwards and it works for me. As for post op recovery I will say that I do think it has helped (tendon repair). The numbness, tightness and general pain decreased significantly and the only thing that remotely bothers me is the incision which is normally healing. Review: Tastes ok, is exceedingly sweet. Not the cheapest stuff to purchase, but is handy in the individual serving packets. You can purchase this product in bottles, which saves a bunch of money if measuring it out doesn't bother you.
