This is a small dehumidifier for little rooms, bathrooms, etc. and it works well for that intended purpose! However, if you place this inside any room larger than that, it really won’t be effective enough to notice. If you’re planning on using this in your room while you sleep, you should know it’s not the quietest dehumidifier I’ve ever used just in case you’re sensitive to that. A good option for a small space!

Picked this dehumidifier for very humid office area. Does it work? Absolutely. This thing fills to the point where it stops roughly in less than a week. So it's definitely doing it's job pulling moisture from the air. My biggest gripe is that emptying is a bit of a hassle compared to others where you just lift the like and dump. This one requires pulling a plug and letting the water drain. Small inconvenience. Biggest issue is that this was louder than I expected. There's a odd hum at a frequency that stops you from dozing off. Good for an office if you want to stay awake, not so great in a bedroom where you want to sleep. This is subjective so it might work for you but in my case, no go for sleeping areas.

I put this small humidifier in a bedroom where it was an easy install to place and plug in basically, It has a small fan whirring noise that can need some getting used to but I am a heavy sleeper so it doesnt bother me if you plan on putting this in your bedroom. The sound is louder than my air filter machine I have plugged in the same room too, I noticed it does suck out the humidity with a clear holder container of the water. It is easy to pull out this container with the built in handle. GO to your sink or unplug the corner black plug and tilt and pour out the water from this corner black plug hole area, Insert black plug back as it has a nice stopper T-shaped end to prevent you from separating the plug from the container.

We have a poorly vented bathroom which accumulates a lot of moisture when we shower so this has worked out perfectly for us. It has kept our bathroom less humid and sucked up quite a bit of moisture which has helped to keep mold from forming. It's quite easy to use and fits compactly out of the way on the floor of our small bathroom. Once the tray is full of water (all the moisture the dehumidifier has collected) it automatically shuts off indicating that the water needs to be emptied (which is very easy to do) so it can begin working it's magic again.

If it is 12v why did it come with a 120 v ac adapter? Where is the 12v plug?Doesn't make any sense.Is this how you dry up humidity by burning down the house?

A really user friendly dehumidifier. It's got an easy on/off switch in the back and an easily removable tank. There's a safety feature that turns the machine off if the tank is not latched in.Had this set up in my living room for a day and the tank is already half full, so I know it's working.It is not overly noisy either, just a light whooshing that sounds like a really subtle whitenoise. So kind of relaxing to listen to.

I got this for my 3d printer filament storage area. It does a great job keeping the moisture down in there. Unfortunately, being small the water tray fills up pretty quickly, but it's worth emptying more frequently to not have a huge device in there taking up tons of space!
