**Q: what is Tire line ?**
A: Heavy duty line that I can tell you from experience is extremely hard to tear up.

**Q: Do you think it would be a good idea to spray paint the weights with Rust-Oleum??**
A: You can do this to avoid rust caused by improperly stored sinkers. If you have not sprayed antirust paint, rinse with fresh water and dry for storage after each use. All zinc iron sinkers will rust due to corrosion from saltwater.

**Q: Do these nets come with a net repair tool?**
A: Yes, they do.

**Q: Anybody who bought this net, can it be used in fresh water?**
A: It would probably serve you best in freshwater. My net barely made it through one season in saltwater before the weights rusted out.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 6' casting net

This is a 6-foot cast net. The Cast net is well made but the height of the Cast net is 4 to 6 inches short so the diameter at a full circle is 8' to 8.4' in diameter. The six-foot cast net that I have been using for 7 or 8 years opens up to 10 feet full circle. Some of this might be due to the heavy use of my old 6' cast net stretching and some of this might be due to the stiffness of the new cast net. I have it now soaking in a fabric softener and that will help some. Even at that, with the 6-inch shortness of the net, there will be some less opening for the smaller diameter net. Expect that. However, for the price and the fact that it is well made and does not have true lead weights. They are sewn between them very well. It is a good purchase and should last one a number of years if you stay off the dead oyster shells.
