Both arbors are supplied with a 6.35mm pilot drill. **Q: On a 51mm cutter, what is the diameter of the removed disc, ie, 48,49mm etc.** A: The Starrett cutter I have is smaller than the 51mm size your enquiring about , not sure if this reply will be helpful. The diameter of the removed disc is 24mm and the cutter size is 27mm. **Q: Can this cut through acrylic** A: The Fast Cut Hole Saw will cut acrylic but, if you are looking for a better finish Starrett recommend the CSC Hole Saw or the TCT MPH Hole Saw for cutting acrylic. CSC Holesaw comes complete with arbor and drill, if you select the Starrett TCT MPH Hole Saw they recommend A1E or A2E Arbor depending on the saw diameter (A1E = 14-30mm; A2E = 32-210mm hole saws).
