The instructions say that it should take two readings each time: it doesn't! It may well do so in "diag" mode, but it does not in "usual" and there is no explanation of this. The PC software looks as if it was written in DOS about 30 years ago. It does not even claim to be Win 7 compatible. It will produce a print out of readings, but I cannot save them so I cannot produce a .cvs or .xls to transfer to some grown up software (it says try debug and then crashes). There is no facility for graphing etc. Machine and cuff well made, but the rest of it 20 years out of date! Gently inflating the cuff. However it takes 3 measurements which is a long time under some circumstances. Under certain heart conditions --especially with irregular heart beat-- , it comes up with Error.
