I've had other probiotic powders where I’ve had to mix it with water and it’s hard to get it down. But after I finished the sample I’ve been buying Gutsy regularly and I love it. It’s been several months now and Ive noticed a difference with foods that used to not agree with my stomach. I can now eat those foods and not have an issue.
