He gets some stiffness in his hips from time to time which I notice had decreased significantly since he started taking the supplement. There have only been a couple of times where I didn’t refill in time to avoid a gap in his treatment and I could definitely see he seemed more stiff at this time. He takes 1/2 two times a day so I love this large size for such a great price, which will last me almost a year. The only thing a little frustrating with the advanced strength is the density of the tablet which makes it harder to break in half. Some tablets seem a bit more packed than others so for those, I use scissors, but most days if I just put it on the edge of the counter and kind of pull downward it will split. It’s not annoying enough to deter me from using the product.
