TIG is by FAR the best.... these bernzomatic sticks are second. the cheap, crappy chinese ones where you get 50 for $15.00... don't waste your time, much less your money on them... The issue is the material... aluminum will go from a solid to a liquid quickly! It goes from liquid to gas even faster! So if you're working with thin aluminum and you wanna braze it. Use a $12.00 novelty butane torch with a wide flame! No pencil torches! Unless you just don't like the customer and you wanna waste some time watching your work piece disintegrate into nothing, lol... I mean, there's very little molten drip if any... it'll go from solid to gas in a blink... so heat the area evenly and make sure your bond it true by using a small pointed hammer, like a baby chip hammer made of brass! Or even make the hole a lot bigger in order to use a larger bolt to accommodate the new hole to be drilled? Or even weld the hole shut in order to start over.
