Sally HansenComplete Salon Manicure Nail Colour, Mauve Along

I never write reviews, but just felt compelled to say how this product has completely surpassed my (admittedly not very high) expectations. I know Sally Hansen is a good brand, however normal nail varnish tends to chip quickly regardless. I brought this gorgeous pearly pink shade thinking it wouldn't be so obvious when it invariably chipped. 10 days ago, whilst in early labour with my newborn daughter I decided I wanted pretty nails (?!) and hurriedly applied this to my fingernails. Fast forward to a 76 hour labour, and a full week of changing nappies and it has just started chipping and growing out. I cannot believe how amazing this nail varnish is!! If you are looking for a hard wearing, delicate shade to wear everyday and to look "pretty" (nails, anyway!) look no further! Your dream nail varnish is in the shape of this product, I would highly recommend. Note, I used this product in conjunction with the Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Anti Chip Top Coat, 13.3ml. And no, I did not get paid to write this review, or receive a freebie, this is simply my own glowing opinion!

Wow, I've not even lasted long enough to include durability into my rating. Two coats and it looks like I'll need 3 more, and 15 mins later it's still not dry. Thanks to you weirdos who rated it highly and wasted my time and money. My sister's wedding is in two days! Grr

I did wonder if this would be long lasting or just another polish, but it has lasted five days until a chip appeared. The colour goes on smoothly and gave such good coverage I didn't actually need two coats. It's a bit more shimmery than expected, although still very pretty. I won't use it for work, it's too shimmery to be understated, but for other times it's gorgeous.

I don't have a picture of me wearing it, sorry. It applies really thickly with great coverage so one coat is enough but I topped it off with another for the sake of durability. I was disappointed that it was chipping after the first day but I'm the sort of person who wears nail polish for a day out or a special occasion so it wasn't too big an issue.

Very disappointed in this nail varnish.. I put it on the day I received it, it chipped within a couple of hours.I tried again this morning and the same thing , I wish I’d taken a photo now, I’ve got other Sally Hansen varnishes, no problem, not happy !!

Lovely looking bottle; would make a great gift, stunning colour; it is a soft pearlescent with hints of purple, pink and green, finally it is easy to apply with a very good brush.5*

This polish is good quality, it's a great colour if you have a tan and lasts really well.

love this nail polish . goes on smooth and lasts well . i bought as replace but shade is slightly different to original
