The sound and battery are great. Haven't tried the microSD yet. I give it 4 stars due to a bluetooth dropout problem. If you hold the speaker too close to your phone (I have an iPhone 6s), it drops out. I hook the speaker on one side of my body during walks and put the phone in my pocket on the other side. It will run uninterrupted for an hour. If I take out the phone and hold it in front of me, it will drop out. Looking at my iPhone settings, the bluetooth still shows connected, music is running, but no sound. I cycle the bluetooth connection and it's back on.
