Highly recommend ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Gentle Yet Effective – A Must-Have for Wound Care *by C***Y on August 2, 2025* Caring for my bedridden father, I needed high-quality dressings for a pressure sore that developed on his lower back (sacrum area). These Dimora Sacrum Foam Bandages have been a blessing for us. They are specifically shaped for the sacral area (kind of a tapered heart shape) and are quite large (7” x 7”), so they cover the whole tailbone region completely. When I first applied one, I was impressed by how well it conformed to the contours of the body and how secure it was. The bandage has a gentle silicone adhesive border that sticks firmly to the skin without causing irritation. Even on delicate, elderly skin, it adhered well but was painless to remove – it doesn’t tear the skin or leave a sticky mess. The foam pad in the center is thick and super absorbent. It managed to soak up drainage from the sore and keep it contained, which meant his skin around it stayed drier and cleaner. The dressing is also waterproof, so we could do quick sponge baths and even a careful shower without worrying – it stayed in place and kept the area dry. We change it out every couple of days or as needed, and each removal has been trauma-free; my father doesn’t wince or complain at all when I take one off, which is a relief. Most importantly, these bandages have really helped his sore heal. Over a couple of weeks of consistent use, we noticed the pressure ulcer gradually improving – it looked less angry and began to shrink.
