A: No is made for toddler. At least baby who sit by own. I can say baby with 20 pounds or more.

A: No, it doesn’t recline.

**Q: Does the black stroller get too hot?**
A: If exposed to sunlight for a long time

**Q: Can you remove the fabric for washing. Someone else asked and got a response that said no. I can’t imagine that would be true so asking again.**
A: No, the seat is not machine washable and it cannot be easily removed.  The fabric is durable and can be wiped clean.
