## Description

Product description

WATER-RESISTANT GREYHOUND/LURCHER RAIN COAT. A red hi-tech microfiber water-resistant fabric makes up the outer shell which is lined with a thick, warm cream-coloured Sherpa acrylic fur lining. Being microfiber as opposed to most cheap greyhound coats, this coat has anti-rustle properties and a super luxurious feel. The coat is made in two halves which allows for contouring to accurately fit the curved shape of a greyhound's back. Fasten round the waist with a clip release buckle. Another on the chest allows for extra adjustment in this area to help ensure a good fit. A really is a quality coat at a price that can't be beaten on value for money and, what’s more, it is exclusive to us. This coat is breathable and warm. The Micro-Guard microfiber fabric is a brand new hi-tech, multi-weather fabric that is revolutionary in its structure as well as its performance. Highly resistant to extreme weather conditions. We do make these coats ourselves from our premises on Anglesey (UK) and although we do try to keep a stock sometimes we have to make them to order during busier periods, hence the slightly longer delivery time listed. Please also see our new range of High-Visibility Yellow winter coats with reflective.Microfiber Greyhound Coat Highlights: Designed to fit the greyhound shape in 3 sizes for a comfortable fit Anti-rustle, water-resistant, hi-tech outer shell Lined with warm acrylic fleece lining for warmt Fasten with a clip buckle - extra secure and with no Velcro (which some dogs hate) Machine washableMade by ourselves here on Anglesey in the UK to order. How to measure your greyhound:Run a flexible tape measure down the length of your dogs back, from the collar to the base of the tail and compare to the guide.

## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Brilliant coat for large lurcher

*by P***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 3 January 2018*

Excellent coat, fits perfectly. Another one I bought on here pops open whenever my dog runs making is useless. The clips at the front and waist are ideal for putting on and taking off easily and he can't take it off himself which is a bonus. Thinking of buying a second one to change with. Ordered 28-30" version which fits my 28kg lurcher perfectly. He's a very happy, cosy, Dobby dog - thank you

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Best doggie coat.

*by C***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 25 January 2019*

I rescued a lurcher recently and had to kit out my pooch with a coat. Cleo is very active and found the clips secure, they don't open when she runs, it's warm and good quality. So good that when we rescued another lurcher we got the same coat. Only downside was the wait for the coats to come back in stock but both arrived very quickly once ordered. Thank you

### ⭐⭐⭐

    Watch the sizing!!

*by P***K on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 9 January 2014*

The actual coat in itself is very good. The problem is that the sizing guide is incorrect as "Long Dogs" such as Greyhounds and Whippets are sized from the base of the tail to the neck. Consequently when it arrived, the coat was way too big as the sizing guide seems not to resemble anything like it should be. I wrote to the distributor and did not even get a reply, thus I have to drop the rating.
