## Questions & Answers

**Q: Black shows different dimensions from the white. Is the black 9.8 x 5 x 72.83 or 12 x 12 x 74?**
A: 9.8 x 9.8 x 72.75 approx

**Q: Can this product be assembled before shipping out**
A: Dear customer,
The product needs to be installed according to the manual by yourself.
Thanks.

**Q: Does this tip over easily?**
A: Although I had to return this coat tree because it was taller than I expected. That being said, the coat tree / umbrella stand is well made and easy (but a bit time consuming) to put together. I only had 3 lighter coats but, there was no issue with it tipping. If it would have been a bit shorter, it would have been perfect!

**Q: The description is not very clear on dimensions of the coat tree once it’s put together. Can you please let me know of depth and width. Thanks**
A: The footprint is 11.25" x 11.25" and it's 73" tall. Despite the narrow footprint, it's really stable.
