They don’t hold a heavy flow, you still need to wear a pad those days, but I don’t need to worry about leaks anymore. I love that I can also use fewer supplemental products each month—better for the environment. You can’t see them through clothes (no outlines or bunching up) so no one can tell they are there, and when worn by themselves they kind of look like cute higher waist shorts (not too high). The design is attractive and they are super comfortable and utilitarian. They work. The bottom part is a bit oversized to comfortably stick a pad with wings to it, and the sweat doesn't get absorbed either, sometimes creating a slightly uncomfortable feeling in the back. I definitely recommend them!Remember they are briefs so they are high waisted. I'm short so they end up above my belly button.
