I wanted a smaller brush to take with me on business trips but I didn't want a brush that doesn't work well. I watched every Youtube review I could find on the Olay brush but, honestly, they were confusing. I finally took the leap and bought the Olay brush. It works very well and I am very happy with it. If Clarisonic is a 10, the Olay brush, for a small fraction of the Clarisonic price, is about an 8.5. The only reason I gave it 8.5 is because at the high speed setting, you have to exert some effort to guide the brush. Because the brush moves in a circular motion, it tends to "want to" move in the direction of the circular motion. The Clarisonic bristles vibrate so it doesn't have that issue. Another difference is that Clarisonic has a built in rechargeable battery and the Olay relies on AA batteries. This is not a big plus for Clarisonic when you consider the fact that the Clarisonic built in battery dies after about 2 years and you have to buy a new brush because the battery is not replaceable (and the new brush costs > $200). My skin is clean after using the Olay brush, similar to the feel I got from the Clarisonic. The price that I paid on Amazon is $17.50 which is half of what the brush costs at drug stores. If you don't have a brush, I highly recommend this one. I didn't want some super expensive one but I did want a good quality for a good price and I think this brush is it. The only complaint I have for this brush is that the brush head is a tad bit small and I wish it was bigger to cover more area on my face but I will test other brush heads and see if they fit on this one.
