Review: Unexpectedly brilliant! - I was so sceptical to try this, but it has actually stopped my snorimg almost every night since I've been using it. Been using it for about a week now and only snored once when I was more congested than usual. I use the small size and it stays in place all night. the feeling takes a bit of getting used to but isn't particularly uncomfortable. I can feel my nasal passage opening more as soon as I put it in and I think this has actually improved my sleep as well as my partner's, who can now sleep peacefully without me snoring! Might not work for everyone but it's worked for me, so well worth trying for the price!

**Q: How do you know what size to choose?**
A: Hi,

The only difference between both sizes is the width of the two soft 'barbs'  of the Airmax.
The blue Airmax (small) is less width than the orange Airmax (medium).
Around 80% use size medium, but I you want to try both sizes, buy the trial pack to be sure which size you want to use.

You probably fit both sizes, the only difference is that the Airmax medium is more effective because it's a little widther than the Airmax Small.

While these definitely helped me breathe better, after about 4 months I had a constant phlegmy cough. I stopped using this product and it went away just like that. Turns out my body recognised it as a foreign object and produced loads of mucus in response - which ended up on my chest overnight.
