The process was reasonable and responses from them were quick. They shipped a new one quickly as well. I purchased this in October 2021 and by October 2022 it has a crack in the bottom of the tank behind the black base cover. Now it leaks when pumped up. I did not drop or abuse it in any way. It also was never put in my truck or transported. It simply failed.
