Maybe they need to talk to whoever delivered them. 😋Anyway they're clean looking and good... They show pretty clear, especially the darker it gets...much better than regular "ugly plain lights" in my 2011 S4. Very easy to install. You literally pop out the fixture with a flathead screwdriver or Pryer, then simply pop in the device. They come with little adapter plugs if needed. Nice little touch when opening the doors. My only complaint is it took forever to come from China, I wish they were more forward about that because it was hard to find where they were actually being shipped from. With that being said it took about 2weeks so be prepared for that. I installed them in my front two doors.😎 ### ⭐⭐⭐ Work, but cheap *by J***Y on Reviewed in the United States on January 17, 2018* These are cheap and poorly constructed. When I attempted to install these into my 2013 S4 door panels they fell apart. After fishing out the pieces I was able to put them back together but don't have much confidence that they will stay in place. Unlike the OE lights these just kind of pressure fit in instead of a snap. Once I got them in they do work and look pretty nice with only minor distortion at the end of the "4". I gave 3 stars because they are cheap and do work but quality is definitely 1 star. Just check and make sure the metal black part is snapped all the way into the clear plastic before installing. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A nice touch *by J***5 on Reviewed in the United States on November 13, 2018* I’ve had these installed for 3 months now and I love them! Some reviews scared me a bit so I only bought one set for the front doors and figured I would wait to see if they lasted but so far no issues. Easy to install and look great! This is what they look like in my garage on an overcast day obviously not as bright as you would see it at night but still good. I ordered a second pair which did take forever to get here.
