**Q: How do i claim warranty?  Used once and zip broke**
A: Usually states in the T&Cs how to.  But I would think start by contacting Amazon and then they will guide you.  I’ve had no issues with these cases but have has some issues in the past with items purchased but always managed to get refund or replacement by starting off with talking to Amazon.  If they can’t help they will at least know what can be done if anything.

Amazing purchase for such a price! It looks genuinely in mint condition, brand new! I bought the larger one last year and loved it, so easy to walk with it, rolls very smoothly. These are fabulous suitcases, very light weight and they look sturdy enough -I can’t comment how they would fair on multiple long flights with multiple changes.

This suitcase is just as good as my expectations. It is strong and will hold all my possessions. It is strong and the fastenings seem sturdy. I hope it will last me for a long time. I love the colour and it is stand out on any luggage reclaim carousel.
