**Q: I take a uk size 11 order that size but they were too small has anyone bought UK size 12?**
A: Crocs™ get looser as you wear them. If they just pinch slightly when new, they will likely be a perfect fit after a couple of weeks. If you really find them tight send them back for a bigger size. I've always found sizing Crocs™ a little sketchy.

**Q: Are these really flexible or hard?**
A: I am not sure what you mean by flexible.  They are not really flexible compared to, say, surfing shoes.  But my daughter is comfortable wearing them and they are ideal for use around the pool when on holiday because it doesn't matter if they get wet.  Hope this helps.  Regards

A: There are US-shoe sizes displayed. In your case it would show M5/W7.

**Q: Can you put the fleece inserts in these?**
A: I’m not sure , I have bought fur crocs a while back now and they have no strap so when I bought new fur they fitted it , with the strap I’m not sure if it fits so best asking seller

I am generally a size 6 to 7 so ordered these in a 7. However they were much to big and were slipping off my feet, having to curl my toes to keep them on. Sent them back and ordered the size 6 and they are great. Really comfortable, super easy to slip on and off at the door when you've been out in the garden all day. They also look really smart compared to cheaper imitations I have bought previously. Really easy to wash and come up brand new, even after gardening in them. I also wear them around the house as my kitchen gets really cold and they keep my feet warm, but don't make them sweat in the heat. What is not to like about these, they are fab. My only advice would be, order your normal trainer size and your good to go
