I have been using this brand for quite some time, the Watermelon Ice flavor is amazing. Due to an Amazon error I received the Candy Land flavor and can’t return it!!! I'm glad I tried it before I ordered more; it tastes terrible and the amount of MCT is minimal. I've had bad workout powders before but I don't think I can stomach this at all. DON'T DO IT
