This plant grows about 4 inches high and reaches about a foot and a half along the ground. The blossoms are green, maroon, and white. They are on display from late winter until late spring. The lifecycle of this plant is complete after several months, so it can be grown as an annual, biannual, or perennial through bladder cells. The leaves are edible and can be eaten as spinach.
