A: Hi, thanks for your note. Yes, we've been told by our customers that both the mozzarella and ricotta work with Lacto-free milk, though the texture of the mozzarella isn't quite the same! With lacto-free milk it turns out to be more of a cheese that you could grate onto a pizza.Hope that helps,Alison

A: Hello there. Thanks so much for your question. The only equipment you will need is a large pan and slotted spoon. Each batch (the Kit makes 10 batches) uses 4.5 litres of milk, and from that you'll make around 900g of cheese. Kind regards, Em
