Purple velvet. I used white chocolate instead of milk when making again as the milk chocolate messed up the colour. But you dont need much unless you want it really dark :) **Q: want to uses this to color white chocolate does effect the taste when not baked?** A: No it doesn't alter the taste **Q: Is this gel suitable for vegetarians?** A: I'm a vegetarian too. I Checked the progel website and they sell it on Ocado.
