If you haven't tried flor before this will be a revelation. A million miles from "ordinary" salt. Lovely texture, light and crunchy crystals are a flavour explosion in the mouth. It transforms any food. Lovely mineral taste. Lower in Sodium Chloride than "table salt" so is better for you.
