But because of the reviews I decided I'd order a size 9. They fit perfectly and I'm a big girl at 240 lb n belly rolls. They dont roll down, they wear well. **Q: are the cuffs around the legs cotton also?** A: The leg openings are not stretchy at all. They cut into the join of my legs and hips very uncomfortably in the front. **Q: The assorted briefs have "extra plush" printed on the package. Are they actually heavier weight than the solid white or "lace" panties?** A: the assorted briefs are slightly heavier weight than the solid white **Q: what is size 7** A: According to the size chart on the back of the package, size 7 is a hip measurement of 40-41", and comparable to pant size 12-14. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐ Hanes Briefs *by C***T on 1 January 2021* Forgot these Hanes are American sizes, I ordered size 10 thinking British size so were far to big, but love the Hanes wear should have ordered size 6. ### ⭐ One Star *by K***R on 18 January 2018* US sizing by the looks. ### ⭐ Plus size ones! *by Z***I on 4 June 2025* These are plus size.
