My dirt is filled with rocks so it wasn't as easy and you have to be careful not too push too hard. Mine have a gap at the bottom like the product picture shows. I purchased mine to keep my dog out of my flowers. It works pretty well. Even though she can easily jump over it, it keeps her out 99% of the time. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Who Let The Dogs Out? Not Anymore! *by T***R on November 5, 2023* We bought these to prevent out dog from jumping our retaining wall to escape. They added just enough height and sturdiness to deter him and they look good so a win/win. Easy to install and clip together and sturdy when daisy-chained but single panels are not as sturdy on their own - we had to work around trees so we have some singles. They look good and we bought two sets and would buy them again. My only complaint is that the spikes that allow it to sink into the soil all have to be manually screwed on and that takes a lot of time and can be tough on arthritic hands. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Update: Unable to Contact *by B***B on June 25, 2024* Update: The company reached out and very quickly took care of the issue.I bought 4 boxes of this fencing, 100 sections -100 feet. I think it’s decent fencing and the height is perfect for our miniature dachshunds. My issue 17 of the 100 had broken welds. I had to put the fence up as the old one was already removed. I tried everything I can to reach out to the company, but the only contact is to go back to Amazon. All they will let me do is return it….they will not replace the 17 broken pieces. I just want the 17 replaced. As of now, I would not suggest buying this product as the damage rate is 17% of the pieces. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ They are decent for the price *by N***K on July 2, 2024* Don't expect heavy duty metal at this price. They are a decent guage wire, probably around 6 guage, and the screw on legs are metal too. They were good formy use. I used them along an existing fence line to prevent my chihuahuas from squeezing thru the vertical rungs on that fence.
