They saved my life. They are very effective, and easy! I was taking these since back when it was just the 5 main strains, they've since added 2 more strains, only these are intestinal probiotics. I guess they added them so that it would be a more well rounded capsule. I wish they wouldn't have though bc I used to sometimes use them as an insert. I don't think I would recommend that anymore.
