Review: Incredible chair - So, for reference, I'm 80 kg/180 lbs, and 5,11 I've owned my chair in grey and black for three years. I work at home, and I game in the evenings. My chair has on average between 10 - 14 hours a day of use during the week. I rock back and forth, I fidget and I'm in and out of it most of the day for bits and bobs. This chair, gets ALOT of use. It is without doubt the comfiest desk chair I've owned. I like the loose backrest as I can adjust it if I want to, and I actually find it stays in place as it sits snugly in the folds of the backrest. The backrest itself isn't too soft and really does help to support the lower back. The seat itself is perfect for me. It's extraordinarily comfortable and supports all the way to the knees. The arm rests are very adjustable. Yes, they do move a little bit, but honestly I actually think that helps as you're often moving your arm or the like to move your mouse or use your keyboard. I'm a massive leaner, so if I'm on a call I do tend to lean heavily on the left arm. This has only just started to show signs of wear with a slight creasing, but it really is slight. It has again, only very recently started to squeak at the bottom, however I think it's likely due a bit of oil. For the money I paid for this, (£250 - 3 years ago) I would honestly buy this again in a heartbeat. It's a great chair. Don't buy into the silly branding of the likes of Secret Lab or Noble chairs. I've owned a SL and used a Noble and both were fairly rubbish comparatively to this.

**Q: So set up and the arms completely broken you've sent me a broken chair disgusting how do i return? You didnt even put paperwork or a invoice in!**
A: Left arm on mine broke off at the weld after two months  the return  requires  me to source packaging  and someone  to print out the return label for me  So I think I'm just going to put up with  no arm rest on the left. Maybe Epoxy resin  will fix it.

**Q: What is the distance btw the arms? Min and Max?**
A: If you assemble in the narrowest position, you can adjust with the button between 45-48cm [17 3/4"-19"] (Between the inner edges.)

BUT

The screw holes give you 2.5cm (1") in both side, so if you assemble in the widest position, it gives 50cm-53cm [19 3/4" - 21"] (between inner edges).

**Q: I'm 5 foot 3. I can't find the dimensions floor to top of seat but I need it on the small side. Is it ok for the petite and working on a computer?**
A: I am the same higher and It fits me great!  It’s super comfy and because I’m quite short the head rest is the perfect height. I would 100% recommend!

A: I’ve had this chair since the start of December, and the chair has stood the test of time extremely well.
I work full time from home and i game a lot so I spend about 60/70 hours a week in that chair and it holds up so so well.

Although I had an issue with this order as one of the hinges were quite loose (probably due to transport), Amazon customer support was amazing and quickly provided me with a satisfactory outcome. The chair is amazing for it's price, it's really comfy and looks amazing too. 4* because of the hinge issue, but otherwise a 5* for everything else. The memory foam cushion is a great addition too - it definitely supports my back and keeps it upright.
