**Q: Would you say its about the size of a tennis ball**
A: Hello LDV, if we use the International Tennis Federation official diameter of a tennis ball as 2.57-2.7 inches, then the Atom Rattle & Teether is much larger by nearly 2 inches with a measurement of 4.5 x 4.5 x 3.5 inches.  It is slightly more oval, however.  Thank you for your interest and inquiry.

This was one of my babies favourite toys. The narrow spokes made it easy to pick up when he was first learning to grasp toys. The symmetrical shape meant that another spoke was always in the right place to encourage easy hand to hand passing. The hoops make it also work as a fun rattle which extends the life of the toy. My baby didn’t really use it much as a “teether” - he preferred squishier textures when his first teeth were coming through and wooden toys for later teeth - but it was still one of our most used toys from 3-8 months and still gets some use as a rattle.
