It’s often caused by the fluid nozzle becoming loose or dried paint blocking the needle, another words, cleanliness is an absolute must with spray guns. I used a no name China gun and the quality wasn’t as good as this one and it was the same price. This gun is also closer to its sfcm rating while the no name China took way more air. I’m using a crappy harbor freight 21 gallon 4.0 cfm compressor. It can’t keep up at full speed but it’s good enough to paint in panels with out slowing down much. If you’re going to buy a budget gun, get the Aeropro or Inokraft. The lower range of the gun is 3cfm I believe. Working psi should be about 30 which just means the 40psi compressor will be running allot.
