Took 1/4 dose (straight from pumper into mouth, undiluted or mixed). This product contains citric acid. Had horrible burning in stomach for hours, accompanied by nausea despite trying food, water and antacids to calm it down. Was still burning in the morning when I woke up, but at least I was able to sleep.
