However, unlike prescription meds, being a natural supplement it takes about a week, even a little longer, to build a substantial base in the system and then have an effect. I found that taking two 518 mg capsules per day helped my overall energy, and also libido and respective ability. One must heed the label warning about certain health conditions for which it is not suitable.
