Okay but the Dewalt glasses are better *by P***R on Reviewed in the United States on March 25, 2018* These glasses are fine but the I prefer the Dewalt glasses. The rubber which presses against your face on these glasses simply isn't as pliable / soft and more importantly it is shorter - it does not reach your face as easily (see attached photo) so there are frequently gaps exposed and correspondingly sawdust / material / compressed air can get inside the glasses while I am working. These glasses are acceptable if you keep them tight against your face (which causes headaches after a long period of use) but they are not as comfortable as the Dewalts. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ SO comfortable! *by B***Y on Reviewed in the United States on January 27, 2018* Wow! So, when you put them on, there is a gap left open behind your eye at eye level. I have a pair of Dewalts also and I can compare them side by side as I just did. These clearly leave a gap big enough to pass my finger through into the protected area, unimpeded, at your temple, just behind your eye.So that means if a machine is projecting dust or particles behind you , those particles can pass completely unimpeded into the space behind the lens- into the space these are meant to protect. Think iron filings or wood dust suddenly getting in your eye while you're using machinery because something behind you happened.Yeah.These were promoted by Amazon and in fact when I searched for safety goggles as a fast way to buy my usual DeWalt, the DeWalts did not show in ANY of the results but these were the first returned and were labeled "Amazon's Choice". I had to specifically type in DeWalt to have them appear in the search results. That is disappoiinting.By now perhaps you are thinking I am a paid DeWalt agent or some how or other connected to the company or given money by them. Well, you're 100% wrong on all counts. I am not a paid reviewer nor am I paid to post negative reviews. My only interest here is that I and the people who work with me don't become blinded.I am sure the safety lens on these will not shatter and will stop projectiles as expected. But that's not the only or even the main hazard present when someone puts on safety goggles in a work environment and not all projectiles and debris and particles come from the front.When you think about it, what would Amazon know about a niche thing like safety goggles anyway? What thinking process and evaluation would have gone behind a label like "Amazon's Choice" anyway? General rating reviews I guess; I have no idea.I tried these because the DeWalts have been fogging up and lately for some reason whereas before they didn't; it's been happening more and more to me. Maybe they're getting old in some way I don't understand. I thought I would consider another maker. I am sorry I made this particular choice and highly dis-recommend these to anyone else. I my opinion, the manufacturer should be ashamed to to have these on the market and recall them.I know this is harsh,but think what's a stake here folks.Addendum: it should be obvious from my review, but I have long experience with safety equipment in hazardous environments. So it's NOT the case that if I just tightened them more or otherwise adjusted them, the issue would resolve itself.
