Is it bad enough that the bear won't look good in time? How excessive is the "shedding"?** A: I too was surprised at the lack of quality in the fur used on this teddy bear, considering it was from the Vermont Teddy Bear Company. It looked like a cheap teddy bear and I wouldn't recommend it to others. I was very disappointed in the quality. I ordered another one and it was the Gund teddy bear and that was much better quality. **Q: Do the teddy bears come in vermont teddy bear boxes ?** A: Unfortunately no. Orders fulfilled through Amazon do not come in the Vermont Teddy Bear Bear-Gram box. **Q: is 20" sitting down or stretched from head to toe?** A: Head to toe. And it’s more like 19” per my measure. But definitely worth buying: so soft and cuddly. **Q: What are the directions for washing this teddy bear?** A: Haven't needed to wash it yet but it says "machine washable (delicate). ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very much as advertised! *by C***Y on August 17, 2026* This bear is everything I hoped she would be!
