Impressions from first use are very good - I have fine wavy highlighted hair and it felt super dry and straw like prior. After one use it feels soft and silky even after a day in the sun. Ok, it's not cheap but, in my experience, if you need decent hair care (ie. have issues with dryness, etc.) you need to spend. I don't spend much on make-up and don't own a handbag (gasps all round!) so my hair gets all the "treats". I need about 12 pumps for my hair - which, as I said, is hip-length and still thankfully pretty thick - but I leave it on for just the time it takes me to wash my bod in the shower - rinse it off and it leaves my hair as silky and shiny as any product I've ever used - including masques, etc. It does EXACTLY what it says it's going to do and is definitely my new go-to!
