Tried the foam spray and it only lasted a week.** A: Unfortunately, this spray did not work for me and neither did any of the others that I have tried. My snoring was partly due to sleep apnea. It was so bad that I spent most nights sleeping in the spare room. I tried a CPAP machine from the hospital on 2 occasions and just couldn't get along with it. Fortunately, my wife found a solution which has eliminated my sleep apnea and snoring completely. I now wear a T-Shirt with plastic balls sewn onto the back. One of the key points it says it does to count snoring is to "combat dehydration and vibration of the soft tissue in the throat". Every time I've used this, I've woken up with the driest throat and mouth I've ever had. My partner says my snoring is worse now than it was before I tried it.
