As they wear out they start lose their elasticity and your hair does start to fall out of a ponytail. I have thin, fine hair but use these everyday **Q: Where are these made?** A: I’m not sure but great quality **Q: Are these latex free?** A: We cannot guarantee that the ones sold and shipped through Amazon do not have latex in them.
