It was easy enough to put up and works as it should however it constantly tilts slightly downwards as the nut and bolt that govern that position don't really tighten up that well....I might put a spring washer on it but might also just leave it for the min as it's more of a niggle than an issue. For the price it's actually not bad.....fully positional out in, rotated and tilt. Comes with three sets of TV machine screws to fix to the back of most TV's and a little level/bubble to aid positioning.
