In mine, I have fine hair (but a lot of it) and it so poorly designed it doesn’t hold any hair, nor is it easy to use. The 80’s slap bracelet idea does not work for hair! Didnt take to long to get the hang of how to use them. But they make the bun so small and tight. I have thick hair and when i make a bun its normally full. This thing makes it look child sized on my head. And there is always a piece of hair that refuses to go into it no matter how i place it on my hair. Overall, it does what it should but isnt always a quick way to make a bun.
